With an extensive background of fashion and retail industry experience, Maureen Smith Phillips founded Smith Phillips Consultancy.
Leading up to starting SPC, Maureen led global strategic product initiatives for brands The RealReal, ModCloth, Anine Bing, bebe, Guess, Marciano, & Zales Jewelers. She has a demonstrated track record of achievement in assortment strategy and management, trend analysis and forecasting, merchandise planning, retail buying, inventory management, visual merchandising, P&L oversight, and global trade show participation.
Maureen is an expert in leveraging consumer insights, product performance analysis, and competitor analysis in order to provide clear product direction. She excels at building and developing partnerships and has established a robust rolodex of key contacts. With a proven aptitude for delivering forward-thinking solutions to increase revenue and consistently achieve or exceed sales and margin goals, Maureen will partner closely with you, to bring your brands’ vision to life.
